People are nice and the service is thorough. They take pictures of everything and document it on their service portal website. Process is smooth and the work they did was good. But $124 for a cabin air filter and $70 for an engine air filter, and they even marked it as an "urgent" repair with a picture of my newly self-replaced cabin air filter that had a single leaf on it. These are $30 OEM parts.

Went for a simple oil change. I was surprised that they went as far as to run the software update on my Honda head unit, which shows how thorough they are. Well-documented work with friendly staff and easy scheduling.

Pants garage is awesome! I’ve known about them for several years but never had a knee to take a vehicle in. I inherited our families 2008 sienna minivan and it needed some Work done to bring her up to perfect condition. There were no major issues with the vehicle, she needed new brakes, the front end needed to be worked on realigned, they went through the entire vehicle…. And I have to say, I could not be happier with the experience! They documented everything updated me when things changed. The prices were all current on their messages that sent me. Work was done quickly and efficiently, and the communication was amazing. I would Highly recommend Pat’s garage to anyone who’s looking for work to be done on their vehicles, especially Toyota’s since they are Toyota specialist! Thank you, Pat’s garage! You’re my go to from here on out!

Professional and friendly, a great experience all around. Alek is super cool. Prices are fair and fully itemized. Extremely communicative and thorough. They did a detailed complimentary inspection of my car, including 20+ photos and videos to accompany every point they made with quotes for everything in a priority ranking system. Replaced a wheel bearing at half the cost of what another “reputable” shop quoted. Great first timer oil change deal as well. Pat’s made the normally stressful process of car repair actually enjoyable and assuring. All in all this is the type of business I want to support and interact with. I will be taking both of my vehicles here going forward, and will recommend them to friends and family.
